I’m welcoming you to Sit, Stay, & Smile! My monthly newsletter means so much to me. It keeps me connected to the incredible people I’ve photographed and the community that continues to inspire this work.
March is especially meaningful for me. It’s Women’s History Month, and my Women’s Work series has truly been a passion project over the past few years. I’ve been overwhelmed with gratitude for the support and recognition it’s received.
If you’re a woman working as an engineer, scientist, lawyer, in tech, as a police officer, prison guard, detective, electrician, or truck driver, please reach out! I want to continue expanding this project and celebrate all females working across these industries.
This month’s newsletter covers:
The full story behind how my mom inspired my Women’s Work series
PhotograpHers: a community of female photographers
The Wisconsin Craft “Creative Playground” recap at the Alverno Art and Cultures Gallery and our Fox 6 feature
My upcoming Women’s Work exhibit at the Oconomowoc Arts Center
Cheers to all of the ladies out there. I see you and I celebrate you!
